What is this thing?

Not very attractive. Had a V16 emblem on it.

A better pic would of been helpful!

The tire/hubcap is shaped as a Honday. Including the front end, which resembles a Honda Element or Ridgeline.
However, The V12 doesn't make any sense to be a Honda.

Also, not sure, but don't believe they are currently producing anything of that size.

Hmm... Now you have me thinking!
