I'd like to see a bunch of new names and especially many female names.

Change it to a last name that starts with the letter A. That way, you'll be first on the ballot.

How can Steve not run for re-election when he has a bunch of signs with his name on them! He just has to cover or cut off the partisan part of them. I believe Yves Malette used his provincial election campaign signs when he ran for council. He just cut the bottom part.

Yep, there are no residency requirements.

I'm pretty sure Councillor John Curley who represents South Porcupine actually lives in Porcupine.

The election of city councillors is very unfair among the different wards. I'm in favour of changes.

Divide ward 5 into two seperate wards, with everyone in that ward getting vote and one councillor. The "other 2" could be at-large across the city.

Having Councillours running at large would be good for those voters that like someone but can't vote for them because of where they live.

Too late to change for this fall's election but am sure it will be discussed again next term. That being said didn't go very far when I brought it up this term.

And no Loco provincial signs will not be used in municipal campaign, need to save them for the next Provincial one.
