Ontario has released its annual sunshine list, which is a list of all civil servants, municipal employees, provincial boards and agency employees that make $100,000 or more.

In Temiskaming the top paid municipal administrator is Kirkland Lake CAO Nancy Allick, who was paid $151,238.09 in 2013. The top paid municipal administrator in Temiskaming Shores is City Manager Christopher Oslund. He was paid $133,371.70 in 2013.

Kirkland Lake has three department directors who were paid more than $100,000 in 2013. Bonnie Sackrider, Director Parks and Recreation and Cultural Services received $101,060.09, Mark Williams, director of Physical Services was paid $100,685.09 and Wilf Hass, Director of Economic Development and Tourism received $100,685.06. By comparison Temiskaming Shores had only one of its department head making more than $100,000. Douglas Walsh, Director of Public Works, was paid $111,989.52.

Glenn Scanlan CEO of the Kirkland and District Hospital was paid $195,000 and Temiskaming Hospital CEO Bruce Cunningham received $207,525.

McGarry Township, Larder Lake, Englehart, Matheson and Matachewan didn't have any employees making $100,000 or more. Matheson and Englehart both have hospitals so a number of employees at each hospital were on the sunshine list.
